From cherry to cup, every stage of our process is intentional. We don't cut corners — because great coffee doesn't allow for them.

Direct Sourcing
We work directly with farm cooperatives across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — visiting every partner at least once a year.

Sample Roasting
Every lot is sample-roasted and cupped by our team before committing to a full order. Only the exceptional makes it through.

Small-Batch Roasting
We roast in batches of 15kg or less on our Giesen W15A. Fresh roasts every Tuesday and Friday, dispatched within 48 hours.

Quality Control
Every batch is taste-tested before it ships. If it doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't leave the roastery.
